During individual classes we go deeper and practise what is most beneficial only for you with non judgemental approach. It is always more of a yoga therapy with different kinds of healing tools.
WHAT IS YOGA AND HOW IT WORKS?
Yoga is the way of living. It symbolizes connection.
There is no theme in our life that cant be transformed to yoga and movement.
Our body is comprehensive system that reflects every moment.
It records our feelings in form of emotions, signals into the brain that are being sent to different parts of our body and by that create movement patterns, sensations in certain part of body, the way we walk, the way we sit, how we feel and what we feel.
Our body reflects everything from above.
The most important is that if the movement is done with awareness it change our unhealthy patterns.
It can help to correct, activate, strengthen or integrate whatever is needed to change these unhealthy patterns and by that make ourselves feel better and live a happy life.
We live in bodies, we can touch ourselves, feel ourselves and yet…
…we can easily forget on ourselves,
…disconnect from our body and its true needs.

– Connects us with ourselves and through that with people around us to make our life better in all levels.
Yoga is NOT just a physical excercise.
It is a way of living, interacting with people around us, our behaviour, the way of breathing and subtle energy perseiving.
